Cancellation Policy

• The Client will pay Social Agility the amount set out on the website and/or quote in advance of the program delivery.
• Social Agility will render a tax invoice to The Client based on the amount set out on the website and/or quote.
• Any cancellation requests must be made in writing by email to hello@socialagility.com.au.
• Cancellation requests received by Social Agility more than 10 working days prior to the program commencement date may entitle the participant to a refund (incurring a 2% admin fee) or transfer to another date (subject to availability), at the discretion of Social Agility.
• Cancellation requests received by Social Agility between 3 and 10 working days prior to the program commencement date incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellation requests received by Social Agility within 3 working days of the program commencement date will incur the full program fee.
• In the event of unavoidable program cancellation by Social Agility, participants are entitled to a full refund or exchange at the discretion of Social Agility.
