This executive development program was originally conceived and developed in collaboration with Swinburne University and industry partners. This immersive program helps future leaders to build essential skills and fresh thinking, ready for when their name is on the door.
Think like a leader
We often equate success in our careers with a promotion.
But while progress is important, a title doesn’t automatically give you the skills needed to be an effective leader. Different skillsets are required when it comes to leading the knowledge-based workforce of the future.
The future of work is uncertain and constantly changing; It needs leaders who are fully equipped to navigate the modern leadership challenges arising from disruptive business landscapes, diverse staff and changing work environments.
That’s why this executive development program for future leaders was developed. It’s a new and innovative program to foster and develop leadership-style thinking in the workplace of the future.
What will I learn?
The program is structured around three key themes:
1. Thought – Innovative thinking around future challenges impacting the future of leadership
2. Self and People – Leadership self-awareness and skills for leading a diverse, knowledge-based workforce
3. Results – Commercial realities and decisions facing future leaders
Who is it designed for?
- The program is for those who have high potential for future leadership.
- You’re likely to be in a mid-level or senior position in the next three to five years, or have the natural acumen and drive to lead a team.
How is it structured?
This executive development program will run for 9 days over a 4-month period, which includes:
- 2 x two-day experiential workshops (Melbourne CBD)
- 1 x three-day intensive residential (Regional Victoria)
- 4 x 1.5 hour thought leadership events (delivered virtually)
- 3 x 1 hour small executive coaching sessions (delivered virtually)
- 1 x Launch and 1 x Close events (Melbourne CBD)
